2. Delivery Method
After successful payment, the purchased digital product may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- Download link displayed after successful payment
- Customer account/download section
- Email containing the download/access information
- Another digital delivery method specified on the product page
3. Delivery Time
Digital products are generally made available after successful confirmation of payment.
In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to technical verification, payment confirmation or other temporary technical issues.
4. Payment Pending
If your payment is pending, the digital product may not be delivered until the payment is successfully confirmed.
If money has been debited from your account but the order has not been confirmed, please contact our support team with your transaction details.
5. Download Problems
If you have successfully purchased a product but cannot download or access it, please contact us.

- Screenshot of the issue, if applicable
We will verify the order and assist you with access to the purchased product.
6. Download Availability
Download availability may depend on the product and the delivery method mentioned on the product page.
Customers should download and securely store their purchased files after receiving them.
7. No Physical Shipping
Our products are digital. Therefore, physical shipping, courier charges and physical delivery timelines do not normally apply.
